Why is my order taking over a 4 day to arrive?
Is your address a possible business address, student home or hotel, or do you live above a business address?
Unfortunately, Shipping companies does not ship to these addresses. For these addresses, you need to contact with them in office hours. If your package is still not delivered after 3 business days, please contact support@mkbarrs.com

Can I still cancel/edit my order?
We can still cancel/edit your order as long as the order is not in transit.

My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
In case the package shows as delivered, but you have not received anything, we advise checking with your neighbours first, as they might have received your package in your name.

How can I return an order?
